Employers and employees can come to agreements on certain issues affecting the company scour if they might have divergent points of view. This creates an atmosphere of tolerance and respect which promotes the organizations productivity (Alvesson, 2002). Adaptability is the one-third aspect of an effective organization that Denison explains in his model.
